I’ve been going to them for about 17 years when I first moved to Torquay 20 years ago, the first garage I went to in Belgrave Road. I got ripped off So as I was passing, I thought the next time I will try Chelston motors out staying with a garage for 17 years, tells you really all you need to know they’re brilliant and they don’t rip you off like most garages trying to create extra work quite the opposite in my experience they try and source the best parts at the cheapest prices for the customers and they don’t charge a fortune for the labour costs that’s why they are so busy all the time if you are new to Torquay and looking for a garage I can highly recommend Chelston auto electrics services this is a genuine review, great bunch of lads 👍

Took my 4×4 in for an MOT at 3pm. Sadly it failed. Needed new rear pads and an anti roll bar. Gave them the go ahead at 4pm and got a text at 8.30 the next morning to say it was ready. Brilliant speedy service, great price. Already booked back in for a service. Nice to find a garage out there doing things right. I spent years working for a main dealer so I know how it should be done. I definitely recommend these guys.

First time using Chelston Electrical services and was very impressed. Jut turned up to see if they could replace my landrover battery. Replaced and coded to my landrover all done in 10 minutes. Will definitely use Company again. Well recommend.

Andy and the team were friendly, welcoming and helpful at all times when I dropped my car in for MOT. There were a couple of issues found with my car which definitely needed fixing to get the car past it’s MOT and from drop off to pick up they still has it finished quickly and were happy to talk me through what they had found on the test. Chelston Electrical Services has without a doubt given me one of the best MOT experiences I’ve had in the area, and I anticipate happily requesting their assistance again in the future. I have also visited them in the past to get parts for my vehicle and their service far outshines that of any of the large chains, while managing to undercut the prices. I’ve only ever visited while Andy is on the front desk, and I am confident that he and his colleagues will definitely give you a friendly and helpful service if you try them for a visit.
