Always will highly recommend this company for MOT and any car complications. I have had my car fixed many times with them and the service is always very friendly and very knowledgable! Always taking the car home knowing what has been done it and the process it’s been through! Big thanks to Andy and his top team always!

Don’t visit here. Staff left car unlocked in public space. Staff left the vehicle unlocked outside the premises with the key still inside the car and the window down when I came to collect my car. When challenged the staff member didn’t care at all and brushed it off like it was nothing.

First time using Chelston Electrical services and was very impressed. Jut turned up to see if they could replace my landrover battery. Replaced and coded to my landrover all done in 10 minutes. Will definitely use Company again. Well recommend.

Great service happy with the price would recommend

My battery kept being flat in the morning. I called first thing and the gentleman said he’d check the battery but couldn’t fit in anything else. On arrival it was ascertained it was the battery. Supplied and fitted a new one at a very reasonable price.
Overall very happy

Installing electrics in my Campervan. Excellent friendly service without breaking the bank. Brilliant at understanding what was needed from a lay persons explanation. They installed everything I wanted quickly and it is all safely hidden away as requested. I appreciate they are a team but James was awesome -Thank you.

Strange fault fixed by great staff. My granddaughters Astra suddenly behaved strangely, only allowing driver’s door to be opened and failed to start.
Rang Chelston and drove the car over after a jump start. Battery checked, was not 100% but useable. After checking door lock functions and much headscratching over strange symptoms, on advice decided on a new battery. Immediately fitted and to everyone’s surprise everything worked normally. These guys bend over backwards to help and know what they are doing, a rare event these days. Have used them before and will use them again.

Andy and his team have been looking after my families’ cars for over a decade. Always giving great advice and service. Yesterday was another example of their exemplary service. My wife’s car developed issues with limited power on driving into work, so took it in without an appointment before starting work. By the end of the day it was all fixed. James gave sound, honest advice about what might have been the cause of a small temporary blockage to the fuel pump, and admitted that having cleared the fault code no further issues could be replicated, despite them testing it several times. Many other garages would have charged for unnecessary parts and labour, where as Chelston Electrical Services didn’t. That is why I always take our cars here. Great, reliable, trustworthy service.

Sort things out super fast. All staff are great as a female it can be intimidating sometimes but I 100% recommended this place. You can walk across to Dunelm McDonald’s as you wait or there is a beautiful cafe on the site. Thank you

Have been using this Garage for many years now and have always had excellent service. Had problems with my battery ..car would’t start ,managed to get it going drove it to them had the battery tested, found to be not holding it’s charge , They fitted a new one and all was sorted within half an hour,and I was on my way. Would have awarded more stars if I was able. Would recommend them to anyone!!!
